our objective is to enable transformation and work simultaneously with
various levels, embracing the 7 levels of change.
The Butterfly
Effect is powerful and we understand that to influence
the lower levels of change, like skills or behaviour, the real change
must happen at a higher level.
An
example of this would be a corporate client sending an individual for
coaching to " enhance his or her ability to delegate in order for
him to be considered for promotion to the Board."
Single
level coaching would then focus on the skill 'delegating'. Powercoaching
would be more interested in why the individual feels the need to 'control'.
This process would take us up the 7 levels - the change would be real
and meaningful.
